Procedure on a computer

• The user selects m-payment as his method of payment on the page of his shopping
• The system then asks the user to select his operator and fill in his telephone number and e-mail
• The user is then redirected to his operator's payment gateway
• Forthwith he receives a text message with a unique code
• To finish off the payment, the user fills in a text box with his unique code and confirms it
• An affirmative text message will then be sent to the user confirming his payment simultaniously with a message on the web browser
• Lastly, the user is redirected back to the web page where he was shopping

Procedure on a telephone

• The user selects m-platby as his method of payment on the page of his shopping
• The user is redirected to the payment gateway of his operator
• After the user connects to the payment gateway, he is requested to confirm the payment for the ordered product or service.
• After confirming the payment, the user will receive an affirmative message about the transaction both via SMS and on his telephone display.
• Lastly, the user is redirected back to the web page where he was shopping

Procedure at the business establishment

The user will inform the vendor/store staff that he wishes to pay using m-payment and they will procede to carry out the transaction, following the steps listed above.
